With a track record of transforming operational chaos into scalable, high-performing systems, Brian brings a rare mix of executional depth and strategic thinking to companies in the $1–$20M range. He works directly with founders, CEOs, and investors to improve profitability, strengthen operational foundations, and create businesses that are built to last—or sell.

Before launching Aevisor, Brian spent six years as COO and General Manager at two high-growth DTC brands: Uncommon Goods and World of Books. His leadership delivered:

  • 25% cost reduction through process and technology improvements

  • 300% post-acquisition EBITDA growth, exceeding synergy targets
